Az élesztőt langyos, cukros tejben felfuttatjuk.
A lisztet elmorzsoljuk a zsiradékkal. Hozzáadjuk a tojások sárgáját, sót, borsot, felfuttatott élesztőt és a tejfölt. Kemény tésztát gyúrunk belőle.
Langyos helyen kb 20 percet pihentetjük, majd átgyúrjuk. Egy órát hagyjuk kelni.
A tésztát ujjnyi vastagra nyújtjuk, pogácsa szaggatóval kiszaggatjuk és hagyjuk 10-15 percet pihenni.
Felvert egész tojással lekenjük, majd előmelegített sütőben 30-35 perc alatt megsütjük.
