Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A káposztát megmossuk, majd csíkokra, vagy kocákra vágjuk. Ha idősebb káposztát fogtunk ki, forrázzuk le, mert íze kesernyés maradhat. A krumplit meghámozzuk, kockákra vágjuk. A vöröshagymát megtisztítjuk, apróra daraboljuk.
Kevés forró olajon, a köményt kipattogtatjuk, majd hozzáadjuk a hagymát, és rányomjuk a fokhagymát is. Felöntjük leves alaplével, és hozzátesszük a kelkáposztát is. Sózzuk, borsozzuk, hozzátesszük az őrölt pirospaprikát. Az alaplevet pótoljuk ha szükséges annyival, hogy éppen ellepje a káposztát. Fedő alatt főzzük.
15 perc után hozzáadjuk a felkockázott krumplit is, és visszatesszük rá a fedőt.
Kevés olajon lisztből zsemleszínű mártást készítünk, felöntjük hideg vízzel, simára keverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a főzelékhez. A petrezselyem zöldet is a főzelékhez keverve felforraljuk, és ha szükséges, végleg beállítjuk az ízét. Normális esetben a kelkáposzta, és a krumpli is egyszerre puhul meg.
