Elkészítés:
A barackokat meghámozzuk, és kettévágjuk.
Kivajazunk egy tűzálló tálat, előmelegítjük a sütőt 200 C fokra.
A mézet egy lábosban megkaramellizáljuk, majd a felezett barackokat 1percen át forgatjuk benne.
Majd az egészet beletesszük a kivajazott tálba.
A tojásfehérjét kemény habbá verjük.
A tojássárgáját habosra keverjük a cukorral,
majd belekeverjük a tejfölt,végül beleforgatjuk a tojáshabot.
Ráöntjük a barackokra és 10-15perc alatt pirosra sütjük.
Melegen tálaljuk.
