Elkészítés:
Félbevágjuk a vanília rudat, az egyik felének kikaparjuk a magjait majd a tejszínnel és a tejjel együtt lábosba tesszük, és közepes lángon felmelegítjük. Hozzáadjuk az apróra vágott fehér csokoládét és addig keverjük míg felolvad.
A csokoládés főzet alatt elzárjuk a gázt, és hozzákeverjük a cukorral elkevert zselatint.
Addig keverjük, amíg a zselatin és a cukor feloldódik benne.
Poharakba szedjük, hűtőbe tesszük ahol kb. 3 óra alatt megdermed.
A kivit megpucoljuk, felkockázzuk, majd 4 evőkanálnyi mennyiséget kiveszünk belőle és félretesszük. A többi kivit lepürésítjük és a cukorral valamint a zselatinnal elkeverve addig melegítjük míg a zselatin feloldódik benne, majd belekeverjük a darabos kivit és lehúzzuk a tűzről.. A kivis szószt tegyük félre, hogy lehűljön.
Vegyük ki a megdermedt citromos panna cotta-t a hűtőből, majd óvatosan kanalazzuk a tetejére a kivis szószt. Tegyük vissza a hűtőbe fogyasztásig.
A fehér csokoládés-kivis panna cotta tetejét tejszínhabbal és fehér csokoládé forgáccsal díszítjük tálalás előtt.
