Hozzávalók:
Kakaós töltelék:

Elkészítés:
Az élesztőt meleg, de nem forró, cukros tejben felfuttatom.
Hozzákeverem az olvasztott vajat, a tojás sárgákat, a sót majd a lisztet és a reszelt citromhéjat.
Dagasztom.
A tésztát letakarom, és egy órát kelesztem.
A tészta kenyér sütőgépben is elkészíthető! (kelt tészta program).
Habosra keverem a kakaós töltelék hozzávalóit és hűtőbe teszem.
A megkelt tésztát lisztezett deszkán átgyúrom, és 6 vagy 9 részre osztom. Mindegyiket hosszúkás téglalap alakúra, kb. ujjnyi vastagra nyújtom.
Megkenem a kakaós töltelékkel és a hosszanti oldalánál feltekerem. Így elkészítem az összes tekercset.
Három rudat összefonok úgy, hogy a tekercsek hajtásvonalai, mindvégig alul maradjanak.(ha felülre kerül a kalács szétnyílik és kifolyik a töltelék)
A kalácsokat kivajazott kenyérformákba teszem vagy egy kivajazott tepsibe egymás mellé.
A kalácsok tetejét tojássárgájával megkenem.
Előmelegített sütőben, közepes fokozaton kb. 25 percig sütöm, míg megpirulnak, majd a kalácsok tetejét forró tejjel jól lekenem.
Még 10 percre visszateszem.
Kiborítom, rácson hagyom hűlni.
