Töltött, csokoládé mázas kifli

Hozzávalók:

  • 22 dkg finomliszt
  • 22 dkg margarin
  • 4 tojás sárgája
  • 6 dkg porcukor
  • 1 ek. kakaópor
  • 1/2 cs. sütőpor

A töltelékhez:

  • 10 dkg darált mandula
  • 5 dkg reszelt csokoládé
  • 2 tojás fehérje

A lekenéshez:

  • tej

A bevonathoz:

  • 5 dkg csokoládé
  • 5 dkg fehér csokoládé

Elkészítés:

A tészta hozzávalóit összegyúrjuk. A tésztacipót folpackba csomagoljuk és hidegre tesszük egy kis ideig. (pár órára)

A tojás fehérjéket kemény habbá verjük a cukorral,majd hozzá keverjük a mandulát és a csokoládét.
A tésztát lisztezett deszkán 3 mm vastagra kinyújtjuk, majd pogácsa szaggatóval kiszúrjuk.

Mindegyikbe teszünk a töltelékből és az egyik felét ráhajtjuk.

Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk őket. A tetejüket tejjel lekenjük és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 25 perc alatt megsütjük.

A kifliket hagyjuk kihűlni, majd vízgőz felett megolvasztott fehér és étcsokoládéval váltakozva lekenjük. Ízlés szerint szeletelt mandulával is megszórhatjuk.

Tipp / megjegyzés:

Nagyon finom omlós kiflit is sütöttem.
Mandula helyett diót is használhatunk.
Egy kissé szétterült, de nagyon finom,omlós lett.
