Hozzávalók:
A bevonáshoz:

Elkészítés:
A kuglóf formát alaposan kivajazzuk, lisztezzük. A lisztet összekeverjük a sütőporral, a csokit finomra reszeljük.
A puha vajat kézi mixerrel habosra keverjük a cukorral, a vaníliás cukorral és a sóval. A tojásokat egyesével hozzáadjuk, és alaposan eldolgozzuk.
A lisztkeveréket apránként a masszához adjuk, és a tejet is. A masszát két felé vesszük.
Egyik részéhez megy a mandulát keverünk, a másik részéhez a csokoládét, és a rumot.
A világos színű massza felét beleöntjük a formába, rá a csokis, majd a maradék fehér, és villával kicsit összekeverjük.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben az alsó rácson kb. 45-50 percig sütjük. (tűpróba). A sütőből kivéve, kb. 10 percig a formában hagyjuk, majd rácsra borítjuk.
Az étcsokoládés bevonót kevés olajjal gőz fölött megolvasztjuk, bevonjuk a kuglófot, ha kicsit kihűlt, a megolvasztott fehér csokival csíkokat húzunk rá, és hurkapálcával kissé széthúzogatjuk.
