Elkészítés:
A hagymát felaprítjuk, és kevés zsíron megdinszteljük. A burgonyát meghámozzuk, apró kockára vágjuk és enyhén sós vízben puhára főzzük. Leszűrjük, és még melegen krumplinyomóval összetörjük.
Fél deci langyos tejben elkeverjük a cukrot, hozzáadjuk az élesztőt és langyos helyen duplájára kelesztjük.
A liszthez adjuk a 2 tojást, az őrölt borsot, a sót, a burgonyát, a felfuttatott élesztőt , a zsíron dinsztelt hagymát, és a maradék langyos tejjel jól össze dolgozzuk.
Letakarjuk, és meleg helyen duplájára kelesztjük.
Lisztezett deszkán kinyújtjuk, pogácsa szaggatóval kis és nagy köröket szaggatunk belőle.
A szeme egész bors lesz, a fülét a maradék tésztából vágjuk ki.
Az orra lesz a kisebb kör azt ráhelyezzük a nagyobb lapra, orrát fogpiszkálóval szúrjuk ki.
Előmelegített sütőben készre sütjük.
