Kockázzuk fel a szalonnát, majd süssük ki a zsírját. Adjuk hosszá az apró kockára vágott hagymát majd sózzuk meg. Tegyük bele a tésztát és pirítsuk meg, hogy színt kapjon. Jöhet a kolbász, ezzel is pirítsuk tovább.
Majd a fokhagyma, a megpucolt és felkockázott krumpli, a szemes bors, a pirospaprika, végül a víz.
Tegyük bele a tetszés szerint feldarabolt paprikát és paradicsomot. Fedjük le és forraljuk fel. Majd vegyük takarékra és további 15-20 percig főzzük. Zárjuk el a lángot és hagyjuk a fedő alatt újabb 10 percig pihenni (bedagadni a tésztát).
Lehet tálalni, jó étvágyat kívánok!
