Gyors, ropogós sajtos rúd

Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg finomliszt
  • 2,5 tk. só
  • 20 dkg szobahőmérsékletű zsír (sertés, kacsa vagy liba)
  • 1 egész tojás
  • 3 nagy ek. tejföl
  • 2 dkg friss élesztő

A kenéshez:

  • 1 tojás

  • reszelt sajt (kb. 30 dkg)

Elkészítés:

A tészta hozzávalóit egy tálba tesszük és elmorzsoljuk. Majd összegyúrjuk egy közepesen kemény tésztagombóccá.
A deszkán letakarva pihentetjük 20percet.

Enyhén lisztezett deszkán 4-5 mm vastagra kinyújtjuk, megkenjük a felvert tojással, majd megszórjuk bőségesen reszelt sajttal.

Ízlés szerinti rudakat vágunk belőle, és sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk. Nem szükséges közöttük sok helyet hagyni, mert nem növekednek meg sütés közben.

200 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15-20 perc alatt aranybarnára sütjük.

Tipp / megjegyzés:
Zsír helyett margarinnal is elkészíthető, de akkor puhább lesz, nem ropogós.
