A lisztet átszitáljuk. Az élesztőt langyos, cukros tejben /2,5 dl/felfuttatjuk. A liszthez adjuk a cukrot, csipet sót, a tojások sárgáját, az olvasztott margarint /10dkg/ és a felfuttatott élesztőt. Begyúrjuk a tésztát, jól kidolgozzuk, és kb. egy órát meleg helyen kelesztjük.
