Elkészítés:
Az epret a két evőkanál cukorral egy botmixer segítségével lepürésítjük.
A tejszínt habbá verjük és félretesszük.
A mascarponet kikeverjük a porcukorral, majd apránként belekeverjük az eper püré 2/3 részét. A masracpones epres keverékbe forgatjuk a felvert tejszínhabot.
Mélyhűtő tálba tesszük, majd a maradék eperpürét a tetejére csurgatjuk és egy kanállal márványosra belekeverjük.
A fagyasztóba tesszük pár órára, vagy amíg szépen megfagy.
Fogyasztás előtt 20 perccel vegyük ki a fagyasztóból, majd kínáljuk.
