Elkészítés:
Langyos, enyhén cukros tejben felfuttatjuk az élesztőt. A liszthez hozzáadjuk a felfuttatott élesztőt, a tojást, a kefirt és a sót. A tésztát jól kidolgozzuk, majd nylonnal letakarva hűtőben kelesztjük.
A hagymát megpucoljuk, majd apró kockákra vágjuk. 2-3ek olajon megdinszteljük, sózzuk, borsozzuk.
A megkelt tészta felét lisztezett nyújtódeszkára borítjuk, eloszlatjuk rajta a langyos dinsztelt hagymát, majd rásimítjuk a maradék tésztát.
Nyújtófával ujjnyi vastagra nyújtjuk, felkockázzuk (kb. 10 x 10 cm-esekre), és olajos kézzel kis cipókat formázunk belőle. Ezeket tálcára téve langyos helyen 10-15 percet pihentetjük.
A cipókat 15cm-es lángosokká formázzuk, majd bő, forró olajban mindkét oldalát aranysárgára sütjük.
Ízlés szerint magában, vagy sajttal, tejföllel kínáljuk.
