A tortalapot 5 percig a formában pihentetjük, majd óvatosan kivesszük a formából és rácson hagyjuk kihűlni.
A töltelékhez a vajat és a csokoládét kis darabokra vágjuk, a tejszínnel és a porcukorral egy edényben gyenge hőfokon felolvasztjuk, időnként meg-meg kevergetve.
Ha egyneművé vált a massza hagyjuk kihűlni.
Ahogy a massza sűrűsödni kezd, fakanállal addig keverjük, míg kenhető nem lesz.
A tortalapot 3 lapra vágjuk.
A csokoládékrémet elfelezzük az egyik felével megtöltjük a tortát, a másik felével bevonjuk kívülről.
