Könnyű habos pite

Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg liszt
  • 25 dkg puha ráma
  • 15 dkg porcukor
  • 3 dkg keserű kakaópor
  • 1 csomag sütőpor
  • 1 kis dobozos tejföl

A krémhez:

  • 1 l tej
  • 2 cs. vaníliás pudingpor 
  • 4 evőkanál cukor
  • 1 nagy poharas tejföl
Elkészítési idő: 1 óra Fogyókúrás: nem
Költség: 500-1000 FT Vegetáriánus: igen
Adagok: 6 főre Gluténmentes: nem
Nehézség: Normál Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

A tészta hozzávalóit jól összegyúrjuk.A tésztát ketté vesszük, az egyiket lisztezett deszkán kinyújtjuk, majd vajazott, lisztezett tepsibe tesszük.

Elkészítjük a krémet.

A tejből, a vaníliás pudingból, és a cukorból sűrű pudingot főzünk.
Még langyosan belekeverünk 1 nagy poharas tejfölt, és a tepsiben lévő tésztára simítjuk.

Kinyújtjuk a másik lapot, és a krém tetejére tesszük.

180 fokra előmelegített sütőben megsütjük.

Még langyosan porcukorral megszórjuk.

Nagyon finom, olyan az íze mint a túrós pitének.
