Mézeskalács muffin
Hozzávalók:(12 db nagy méretű muffinhoz)

Elkészítés:
A puha vajat a cukorral habosra keverjük, majd egyenként hozzáadjuk a tojásokat és a mézet is. A lisztet a fűszerekkel és a sütőporral elvegyítjük, és a tojásos masszához adjuk. Elkeverjük az egészet és kanállal, ha túl sűrű a massza egy kevés tejjel lazíthatunk rajta.
A masszát, muffinpapírral bélelt tepsibe adagoljuk. Minden mélyedést 2/3 részig töltünk meg a masszával. A tetejükre szeletelt mandulát szórunk. 160 fokra előmelegített sütőben körülbelül 25 perc alatt megsütjük.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
A karácsonyi készülődés közben gyorsan össze lehet dobni ezt a muffint, segít a ráhangolódásban és a gyerekek nagyon szívesen segítenek sütögetni. Na meg enni is:) De akár az ünnepi sütik között is helyet foglalhat, a muffinoknak mindig sikere van.
A családnak nagyon ízlett ez a finom puha illatos süti, a kislányom mondta is, hogy ilyet feltétlen csomagoljak a suliba. Még pont maradt 3 darab. De ha valakinek nincs muffintepsije vagy papírkapszlija az egy kisebb kivajazott tepsiben is megsütheti, kockára vágva is ugyanolyan finom.
