Hozzávalók:24 cm-es tortaformához A tésztához:
A narancsos krémhez:
A gesztenyés krémhez:
A díszítéshez: (opcionális)

Elkészítés:
A porcukrot és a vaníliás cukrot tegyük bele a keverőtálba, majd adjuk hozzá az egész tojásokat, és robotgéppel, pár perc alatt keverjük jó habosra.
Ezután állandó keverés mellett, csorgassuk hozzá a forró vizet, majd keverjük még 1-2 percig.
Ezután szitáljuk hozzá a lisztet, majd fakanállal, óvatosan keverjük össze.
A tortaformát zsírozzuk, és lisztezzük ki, majd egyenletesen simítsuk bele a masszát.
Helyezzük be előmelegített sütőbe, majd közepes hőmérsékleten süssük kb. 15 perc alatt készre. (én légkeverésnél 160 fokon, 15 percig sütöttem)
A sütőből kivéve hagyjuk pár percig a formában, majd helyezzük rácsra, és hűtsük ki egészen.
A vajat keverjük jó habosra 10 dkg porcukorral, a vaníliás cukorral, a reszelt narancshéjjal, és tegyük félre.
A tojások sárgáját keverjük ki 5 dkg porcukorral, majd állandó keverés mellett, csorgassuk hozzá a narancslevet, majd adjuk hozzá a pudingport, és keverjük simára.
Ezután gőzfürdő fölött, állandó keverés mellett, főzzük sűrűre, majd vegyük le a gőzről, és kevergetve hűtsük ki egészen.
Amikor a pudingos krém teljesen kihűlt, apránként adagolva, keverjük simára a cukros-vajas krémmel.
