A tésztához valókat az olaj kivételével egy tálban simára keverjük. Amikor ezzel készen vagyunk, beleöntjük az olajat és azzal is elkeverjük. 30-60 percre félretesszük pihenni.
A teflonos serpenyőbe ecsettel olajat kenünk. (ez általában csak az elő palacsintánál szükséges) A felhevített serpenyőbe 1 merőkanál masszát teszünk, és mindkét oldalán pár másodperc alatt megsütjük.
Egy tányérra egymásra tesszük a megsült palacsintákat, ahol pár perc alatt teljesen bepuhul a tésztája.
A töltelék hozzávalóit összekeverjük, majd megtöltjük vele a palacsintákat. Tetszés szerint más töltelékkel is elkészíthető.
