Szedjük szét a tojás sárgáját és a fehérjét.
A fehérjét, habverővel kemény habbá verjük.
A tojások sárgáját a cukorral fehéredésig habosítjuk,majd hozzá keverjük az olajat.
A lisztet egy tálban elkeverjük a sütőporral és a kakaóval,és a fele lisztes keveréket a cukros tojássárgához adjuk, jól kikeverjük.
Majd hozzákeverjük a fele felvert tojásfehérjét és a maradék kakaós lisztet,végül óvatosan beleforgatjuk a fehérjehabot.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk és előmelegített sütőben 180fokon 25percig sütjük. Tűpróbával ellenőrizzük, hogy átsült-e.
Elkészítjük a krémet:
A tejszínt kemény habbá verjük a porcukorral,és hozzáadjuk a mascarponet, és sima krémmé keverjük.
A kihűlt tortalapot 3 lapba vágjuk,és megtöltjük a mascarpones tejszínes krémmel. (Úgy osszuk el a krémet hogy a tetejére is jusson belőle.)
Díszíthetjük olvasztott csokoládéval vagy kakaóporral.
Tálalásig hűtőszekrénybe tesszük. (minimum 2 órát) Kockákra vágva kínáljuk.
