A margarint a cukorral, a tojással, az aromával és a étolajjal jól kikeverjük, majd beletesszük az apróra vágott csokit, a kakaóport, a sütőport, a lisztet, a csipet sót és az egészet jó alaposan összekeverjük.
A tésztamasszából vizes kézzel nagyobb diónyi nagyságú gombócokat formázunk, és a sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe rakjuk, egymástól távolabb (mert sülés közben megnőnek). Mindegyik tésztagombóc tetejére, tetszés szerint cukorkákat nyomunk.
Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon kb. 15-18 percig sütjük. Nem kell megijedni, mikor kivesszük a sütőből, hogy nagyon lágy a tészta, mert hűlés közben szilárdul meg.
