Elkészítés:
A nagyon puha vajat a vaníliás cukorral és a porcukorral legalább 10 percig habosítjuk. Tálas mixerrel rendelkezők előnyben, mert nem kell a mixert a kézben tartani a művelet alatt.
A lisztet átszitáljuk a sütőporral. A mandulát zacskóba tesszük és sodrófával durvára törjük.
Amikor a vaj már kellően habos hozzáadjuk a rumot, a sütőporral elkevert lisztet és a durvára tört mandulát. Egy spatulával jól összedolgozzuk egynemű masszává. Az elején úgy fog tűnni, hogy soha nem fog összeállni, de legyünk kitartóak és türelmesek. Amikor már majdnem összeállt az egészet kiborítjuk egy sütőpapírra és kézzel “összegyúrjuk”.
Ha összeállt, akkor kézzel 4-6 cm átmérőjű, enyhén duci korongokat formázunk és kis közökkel sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk. 180 fokon 25-30 percig sütjük, hogy egészen világos színe legyen. (Ha megérintjük akkor úgy tűnik, hogy nincs kész mert az ujjunkhoz tapad a teteje, de ne süssük túl, mert borzasztóan kiszárad.)
Hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni. Egy tálba porcukrot szórunk és egyenként meghempergetjük a porcukorban, hogy körbe-körbe mindenhol teljesen bevonja, majd vissza sorakoztatjuk őket a tepsire. Ha már mind porcukros, szitával még egy vékony réteg porcukrot hintünk a tetejükre.
