Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A töltelékhez:

Elkészítés:
A tésztához a tojás kivételével az összes hozzávalót késes robotgépbe tesszük és morzsás állagúra daráljuk. Ezután hozzáadjuk a tojás sárgáját és annyi hideg vizet, hogy a tészta összeálljon. folpackba csomagoljuk és a hűtőben 1/2 órát pihentetjük. Közben elkészítjük a tölteléket.
A túrót összetörjük, majd belekeverjük a cukrot, a citrom reszelt héját, a citromkrémet, a tejszínt és a tojások sárgáját. A tojások fehérjéből kemény habot verünk és ezt a túrós krémhez keverjük.
Kivesszük a tésztát a hűtőből és két részre osztjuk. Egy 23*33-as tepsit sütőpapírral kibélelünk, és a tészta felét nagylyukú reszelőn. a tepsibe reszeljük.Ráöntjük a túrós tölteléket, majd a tészta másik felét is ráreszeljük.
180 C-os előmelegített sütőben kb. 45 perc alatt készre sütjük.
Kis kockákra vágjuk és porcukorral tálaljuk.
