Az egész tojásokat az édesítővel kihabosítjuk. ( Ez legalább 10-12 perc, amíg a térfogata meg nem nő, könnyű és habos massza nem lesz az egész.)
A mandulát elvegyítjük az útifűmaghéjjal és lazán a masszába keverjük. Majd állni hagyjuk pár percet.
A masszából, egy sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe kis halmokat teszünk, egymástól kicsit távolabb, majd 180 fokos sütőben kb. 12 perc alatt megsütjük őket. Amikor kihűltek, akkor teáskanállal rákenjük a lekvárt a tetejükre.
A kókuszvajat picit felmelegítjük, de csak éppen, hogy keverhető legyen. Hozzáadjuk az édesítőt és a kakaót, majd simára keverjük. Akár szitán is átpasszírozhatjuk, hogy minél homogénebb állaga legyen. Egy kiskanállal a tallérok tetejére kenjük, majd hűtőbe tesszük szilárdulásig.
Lehet étcsokit is használni a tetejére, kevés kókuszvajjal megolvasztva, és akkor szép fényes lesz.
