Elkészítés:
A liszt és a sütőpor kivételével a többi hozzávalót habos masszává keverem,hozzáadom a lisztes sütőport.Egy torta sütő lapját sütőpapírral lefedem.
A masszát zsákba teszem és a torta karikát kőrbe karikázom úgy, hogy a sorok között egy ujjnyi helyet kihagyok, ide képviselő tésztát nyomok a habzsákból és az üres helyeket kitöltöttem. 180 fokra előmelegített sütőbe megsütöttem.
A képviselő elkészítése:
Hozzávalók víz ebbe egy csipet sót és egy csipet cukrot tettem, és a margarint. Feltettem a tűzre és amikor elkezdett forrni hozzáöntöttem 15 deka lisztet és a gázon, addig kevertem amíg az oldalától elvált. Ekkor levettem a tűzről és 2 tojás sárgáját és 2 egész tojást egyesével adtam a meleg tésztához egyenként hozzákevertem a tojásokat. A sütőlapra tettem egy sütőpapírt és zsákba tettem az égetett tésztát amiből kis halmokat tettem a sütőlapra amiből a képviselők lesznek és 180fokos sütőbe tettem. (kb 20 percig nem nyithatod ki a sütőt, mert akkor összeesik a tészta)
Elkészítem a krémet:
A tejet a pudinggal és a cukorral megfőzöm.A tojásfehérjét kemény habbá verem a maradék cukorral, és a pudingos krémmel még melegen összekeverem.
Ezt a krémet ráteszem a kisült torta lapra, amire karimát kapcsoltam a krém miatt.
Amikor meghűlt a formát leveszem róla.
Az oldalára pirított mandulaforgácsot teszek.
A képviselőknek az alját kivágtam egy ujjnyira, és krémet tettem bele.
Ezeket a tésztákat a torta szélére tettem.
A közepébe 3 deci tejszínből habot verek, és ezzel díszítettem a torta közepét. Mandulaforgáccsal megszórtam, pörkölt cukorral meglocsoltam.
