  • olívaolaj
  • 1/4 vöröskáposzta
  • köménymag

  • 6 db kicsi újburgonya
  • 1/2 alma

Elkészítés:

A kacsacombot bepácolom, bedörzsölöm a fokhagymával, sózom, borsozom, meglocsolom az olívaolajjal, ráteszem a rozmaring és kakukkfűágakat, egy jól záródó edényben beteszem a hűtőbe egy éjszakára.

Másnap egy serpenyőben, fedő alatt elkezdem sütni. Időnként megfordítom és meglocsolom a szafttal.

Közben a krumplikat előfőzöm, a káposztát lereszelem. Az almát kicsumázom, négybe vágom, félreteszem.

Egy serpenyőben a köménymagot megpirítom, megszórom cukorral, karamellizálom.

Ráteszem a káposztát, sózom, borsozom, meglocsolom az ecettel és megpárolom.

A krumplikat megsütöm.

Amikor a kacsa megsült, a káposztával az almával és a burgonyával tálalom.
