Tarhonyás hús Marcsi konyhájából

Tarhonyás hús Marcsi konyhájából

Hozzávalók:

  • 1 cs. tarhonya
  • 2 kanál olaj
  • 1 kis fej vöröshagyma

A pörkölthöz:

  • 1 közepes vöröshagyma
  • 50 deka sertés hús (én lapockából készítettem)
  • 1 teás kanál őrölt pirospaprika
  • só
  • bors
  • olaj

Elkészítés:

A nagyobb fej hagymát kockára felvágjuk és az olajban üvegesre pároljuk.
A húst kis kockákra felvágjuk. Amikor a hagyma már üveges hozzáadjuk a pirospaprikát és a felkockázott húst. Sózzuk, borsozzuk, és felöntjük kevés vízzel. Letakarjuk, és addig főzzük amíg a hús megpuhul. (szükség szerint pótoljuk a vizet alatta)

A kis fej vöröshagymát amit lereszeljük, és két kanál olajon üvegesre pároljuk. Hozzáadjuk a tarhonya tésztát, megsózzuk, és halvány barnára pirítjuk. Felengedjük kb 3 deci vízzel, letakarjuk fedővel és sütőbe tesszük.
Amikor a tarhonya már megpuhult, és a pörkölt is készen van a kettőt összekeverjük. El is készült.

Én apróra vágott savanyú uborkát és kaliforniai paprikát is tettem bele. Finom és kiadós egytálétel.
