A tojásokat szét választjuk. A fehérjét csipet sóval kemény habbá verjük közben hozzáadunk a kimért cukorból 3 evőkanállal.
A tojások sárgáját a többi cukorral, a vízzel és az olajjal kihabosítjuk.
A lisztet a sütőporral összekeverjük.
Óvatosan hozzákeverjük a fehérjehabot a sárga masszához, majd beleforgatjuk a sütőporos lisztet. Kis méretű, margarinnal kikent és morzsával meghintett kapcsos tortaformába simítjuk, és 170 fokon tűpróbáig sütjük.
Amikor megsült és kihűlt, körbe vágjuk a tortakarikában és levesszük róla a formát.
A tortalapot, három egyforma lapra vágjuk.
Minden lapot megkenünk mogyorókrémmel és meghintünk apróra darált pörkölt mogyoróval. Így állítjuk össze a tortát. A csokoládét az olajjal és a margarinnal, vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk és bevonjuk vele a tortánk tetejét. Tetszés szerint marcipándíszekkel, csokidíszekkel és tejszínhabbal is díszíthetjük.
