Az epret apró kockára vágjuk, hozzáadjuk a túrós masszához. Díszítésnek hagyjunk ki belőle.
Kibélelünk sütőpapírral egy őzgerincformát, és beleöntjük a masszát, majd elegyengetjük.
A babapiskótát beáztatjuk tejbe, és kirakjuk vele a őzgerincforma tetejét.
Másnapig hűtőben tároljuk, és kiborítva, lehúzva róla a papírt fogyasztjuk.
