Elkészítés:
A tojássárgákat kihabosítjuk az édesítővel,majd hozzáadjuk a piskóta többi hozzávalóját, végül beforgatjuk a tojások kemény habját. Sütőpapírral bélelt formába öntjük, és az asztalhoz ütögetve, hagyjuk hogy egyenletesen elterüljön a formában. Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon tűpróbáig sütjük.
Míg sül a tészta sűrűre főzzük a pudingot a tejben és ízlés szerint édesítjük.
A megtisztított epret, leszárítjuk, és kiveszünk belőle 16 szem kb. egyforma epret a díszítéshez. A pudingot fellazítjuk a tejszín felével, és kiveszünk belőle a torta oldalának a bevonásához, majd a maradékba az epret belekeverjük. A kihűlt tortalapot ketté vágjuk, és a lapokat megtöltjük az epres krémmel, majd egymásra fordítjuk.
A csokit felolvasztjuk a margarinnal, és a félretett eprek alsó felét belemártjuk. A maradék csokival a torta tetejét bevonjuk, az oldalát a pudingkrémmel. Díszítjük az eperszemekkel és a maradék tejszínhabbal.
