Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A krémhez:
A tetejére:

Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit összegyúrjuk.
Lisztezett deszkán kinyújtjuk, majd kicsit nagyobb méretűre kiszúrjuk mint amekkora a kosárka. Szépen beillesztjük a fém kosárkába és 190 fokon megsütjük.
Amikor megsült még melegen kiborítjuk a formából és hagyjuk kihűlni.
A pudingot a cukorral és a tejjel sűrűre főzzük, majd kihűtjük. A tejszínt a porcukorral és a habfixálóval kemény habbá verjük.
Amikor a puding kihűlt, két három kanállal belekeverünk a felvert tejszínből, majd megtöltjük a vaníliás krémmel a kosárkákat.
A tetejét a felvert tejszínhabbal díszítjük, majd megszórjuk bogyós gyümölcsökkel.
