A vajat, a tojások sárgáját és a cukrot elektromos habverővel 10-15 perc alatt jó habosra kikeverjük. Hozzáadjuk a mogyorót és a reszelt csokoládét.
A tojások fehérjét kemény habbá verjük, majd óvatosan a masszába forgatjuk. Vigyázzunk, hogy a hab ne nagyon törjön össze. Legvégül a réteslisztet adagoljuk hozzá.
Szilikonformába vagy vajjal kikent formákba adagoljuk és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb 20 perc alatt aranybarnára sütjük.
Porcukorral megszórva kínáljuk.
