Egy edénybe felteszem kevés sóval és annyi vízzel,hogy ellepje. Kb 10 perc forralás után a vizet leöntöm róla, és újra tiszta vízben ismét 5-10 percig főzöm, és újra leöntöm a vizet és ismét tiszta vízben felforralom.Ezt a műveletet addig folytatom amíg a forrásban lévő vese vize tiszta lesz. Én ötször ismételtem a műveletet.
Közben a velőt meleg vízben lehártyáztam.
A hagymát apróra vágtam, és egy kevés olajban megpároltam.Hozzáadtam a pirospaprikát, majd a leszűrt vesét és a velőt valamint az apróra vágott fokhagymát, és megsóztam.
Egy kevéske víz hozzáadásával kb 10 percig főzöm amíg összesülnek.
Főtt burgonyával tálaltam.
