A lisztet a hozzávalókkal puha tésztává gyúrom, és egy óra hosszára hidegre teszem.
A lekvárt, a citromhéjjal és fahéjjal összekeverem.(ez kerül majd a tészta közepébe)
Az egy óra elteltével a tésztát vékonyra kinyújtom.
Kör alakú kb 10 centis átmérőjű pogácsa szaggatóval kiszúrom, a tojás fehérjével lekenem.
A tészta közepébe teszem a kis kupac lekvárt, majd félbe hajtom, és jól összenyomkodom a két szélét. Villával kicsit megmintázom a széleit.
Forró, bő olajban pirosra kisütöm, fahéjas porcukorral meghintem.
Nagyon finom gyors egyszerű pite.
