Elkészítés:
A piskótát összegyúrjuk a lekvárral, majd kis golyókat formázunk belőle és a pálcikára szúrjuk őket.
(Elkészíthetjük kókuszgolyó alappal is).
A csokit vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk. A kis golyócskákat belemártjuk, majd jól lecsorgatjuk róluk a felesleget. Óvatosan beleszúrjuk egy erre alkalmas dobozba vagy tojástartóba, és félretesszük száradni.
Ha megkötött a csokibevonatunk, ízlés szerint díszítjük olvasztott fehércsokival, marcipán levélkékkel és bogyókkal.
Ha ajándékba szánjuk, akkor ajánlatos egyenként becsomagolni celofánba és úgy átkötni szalaggal. A kész “nyalókák” 5 napig simán elállnak hűvös helyen.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Az alapja egy kis maradék süti tészta némi lekvárral összegyúrva, pálcikára szúrva, csokiba mártva és díszítve. Nagyon egyszerű és mégis nagyon jól mutat az asztal közepén is.
Mondanom sem kell ajándéknak is kitűnő,, ha vendégségbe megyünk is vihetünk magunkkal párat, hamar el fog fogyni.
