A chia magot az eritrittel, és a vaníliával ízesített kókusztejjel (tejjel) alaposan összekeverjük, és egy éjszakára a hűtőszekrénybe helyezzük. Másnapra a magocskák megduzzadnak és sűrű puding-szerű krémet kapunk.
A dinnyéket elővesszük a hűtőből, megmossuk, kettévágjuk, a magházat eltávolítjuk. Elosztjuk a pudingot a négy fél dinnyében, majd a gyümölcsökkel díszítjük. Azonnal is fogyasztható, de én újabb egy órára hűtőbe tettem, hogy a tetején lévő gyümölcsök is alaposan lehűljenek.
