Elkészítés:
A hagymákat aprítjuk, a zöldségeket kockára, egy chilit karikára vágunk.
Serpenyőben olajon félig megdinszteljük a hagymát, rátesszük a húst, és együtt tovább dinszteljük. Majd hozzáadjuk a zöldségeket is. Fűszerezzük, és fedő alatt pároljuk. Kis idő elteltével hozzáöntjük a bort, és egy kevés vizet.
Elkészítjük a nokedlit, (folyékony állagúnak kell lennie). Beleszaggatjuk a levesbe. Hozzáöntjük a tejszínt, és a tejet, majd rászórjuk az aprított petrezselymet, facsarunk bele citromlevet.
Forrón tálaljuk.
