Gombás lecsó kolbásszal újkrumplival
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A krumplikat alaposan megmosom, egy serpenyőben a kolbászzsíron és kevés vízzel felteszem főni.
Közben felszeletelem a gombát és a kolbászt, a serpenyőbe belevágom a chilipaprikát(a csípős elhagyható).
Amikor a krumpli már félig puha, hozzáadom a gombát, majd 5 perc elteltével a lecsót és a kolbászt is. Ízlés szerint fűszerezem és készre főzöm.

Tipp / megjegyzés:
Természetesen friss lecsóból is elkészíthető, de ez a recept egy jó alternatíva a télire eltett lecsó felhasználásának.
