Az 1 tojásfehérjét a 3 dkg cukorral keményre verjük, majd hozzá keverjük a puha margarint és a lisztet is.
2/3 részét meggyszörppel,1/3 részét mandulaaromával megfestjük.
a színes masszákat külön-külön egy habzsákba tesszük és a sütőpapírral fedett tepsire különböző virágokat, leveleket rajzolunk velük. (vagy más figurákat is lehet) A fagyasztóba tesszük, míg a piskótát összeállítjuk.
Az egész tojásokat a cukorral kb. 5 perc alatt egy elektromos habverő segítségével habosra keverjük, majd hozzákeverjük a sütőporral elkevert lisztet is.
A fagyasztóból kivesszük a tepsit, majd óvatosan ráöntjük és elsimítjuk a piskóta masszát.
A piskótalapot előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon megsütjük.
Még forrón lehúzzuk róla a papírt, és egy konyharuhával, amit előtte porcukorral megszórtunk, feltekerjük.
A ruhában hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni.
A tejjel összekeverjük a pudingport, a számunkra ízlés szerinti cukorral, majd sűrűre felfőzzük. Hagyjuk kihűlni.
(Én egy kis Tibi csokit is kevertem hozzá és kihűtöttem.)
A margarint kihabosítjuk és összekeverjük a kihűlt csokis krémmel.
A kihűlt piskótát kibontjuk, a konyharuhát eltávolítjuk.
A krémet egyenletesen a piskótára kenjük, majd feltekerjük.
