Citromos kakaós kuglóf

Citromos kakaós kuglóf

Hozzávalók:

  • 25 dkg porcukor (nálam 20 dkg)
  • 4 tojás
  • 1 dl olaj
  • 1 dl tej
  • 1 citrom reszelt héja
  • fél citrom leve
  • 20 dkg liszt
  • ½ csomag sütőpor
  • 1 csomag vaníliás cukor 
  • 1 evőkanál kakaó

Elkészítés:

A tojásokat szétválasztjuk. A fehérjét kemény habbá felverjük.

A sárgáját a porcukorral és a vaníliás cukorral kikeverjük, majd hozzáadjuk az olajat, a tejet, a citromlevet és elkeverjük.

Belekeverjük a sütőporral elkevert lisztet, és a citromhéjat. A végén beleforgatjuk a fehérjehabot.

A massza 3/4 részét egy kivajazott, kilisztezett kuglófformába öntjük.

A maradék masszába belekeverjük a kakaóport és szintén a formába öntjük. Egy fakanál nyelével márványosra összekeverjük.

170fokra előmelegített sütőben 35-40percig sütjük. (légkeverésen elég a 160fok is)
Tűpróbával ellenőrizzük, hogy átsült e.

Az első 30percben a sütőt nem szabad kinyitni!

Tipp / megjegyzés:
20 dkg cukorral készítve is elég édes. Ízlés szerint szórhatunk a tésztába mazsolát is.
A tetejét bevonhatjuk citrom és csokimázzal is. (úgy ünnepibb)
