Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
Húst apró kockára vágjuk.
A vöröshagymát megtisztítjuk,és apró kockára vágjuk, egy kis tálba félre tesszük.
A csicsókát meghámozzuk, negyedeljük, majd hideg vízbe tesszük. Addig áztatjuk, míg a húst pörkölt alapon elkészítjük.
Egy lábosban az olajon megdinszteljük a vöröshagymát, majd hozzáadjuk a húst, a füstölt bőrkét, a fűszereket, az őrölt paprika kivételével. A húst fehéredésig pároljuk, közben meg-meg keverjük, majd hozzá adjuk az őrölt pirospaprikát, el keverjük, és vízzel felöntjük.
Közepes lángon addig főzzük míg a hús puha nem lesz. Ekkor hozzáadjuk a csicsókát, és 15 perc alatt készre főzzük.
Melegen, kenyérrel és erős paprikával tálaljuk.
