Elkészítés:
Az élesztőt a cukros, langyos tejben felfuttatjuk.
A lisztet egy tálba szitáljuk. Hozzáadjuk a sót, majd a többi hozzávalóval és a felfutott élesztővel együtt tésztát dagasztunk belőle.
A tésztát jó fél óra alatt megkelesztjük.
A megkelt tésztát 2 cipóra osztjuk. Lisztezett deszkán külön-külön kör alakúra nyújtjuk.
mindkét kört 8-8 cikkre vágjuk. (Ha kisebb kifliket szeretnénk, akkor 16-16 cikkre.)
A cikkeket kifli formára felsodorjuk, majd sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk.
A tetejüket felvert tojással lekenjük.
Ízlés szerint reszelt sajttal vagy szezámmaggal megszórjuk őket.
190 fokra előmelegített sütőben 25 perc alatt szép pirosra megsütjük.
