Hozzávalók:

  • 1 kg liszt
  • 5 tojássárgája
  • 5 dkg olvasztott vaj
  • 8 dl tej
  • pici rum
  • pici só
  • 10 dkg porcukor
  • 1 citrom reszelt héja
  • 6 dkg élesztő

Elkészítés:

2-3 dl tejben felfuttatjuk az élesztőt.

A hozzávalókat a vaj kivételével egy tálba tesszük. Jól kidolgozzuk, majd az olvasztott vajat is hozzádolgozzuk. Lisztezett deszkára borítjuk, ujjnyi vastagra egyengetjük, kiszaggatjuk, és letakarva pihentetjük kb. fél órát.

Meleg, de nem túl forró olajban kisütjük. Sütés előtt a közepét benyomjuk, ez kerül alulra, és fedő alatt sütjük, majd a másik oldalát már fedő nélkül. Papírtörlőre szedjük, és porcukorral meghintjük. A lyukakba lekvárt, pudingot vagy nutellát is tehetünk.
