Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A zsemléket beáztatjuk, kicsavarjuk, és egy tálba tesszük.
A hagymákat apróra vágjuk és kevés olajon megdinszteljük.A hagymát a többi hozzávalóval együtt a zsemléhez adjuk. Jól összekeverjük, és megtöltjük vele a húst.
Egy tepsibe öntünk kevés olajat, a vizet, és hozzáadjuk az elmorzsolt leveskockát.
Ebbe tesszük a töltött húst, aminek a tetejét megszórjuk fokhagymaporral. Fóliával letakarva előmelegített sütőbe tesszük.
Mikor a hús átsült,levesszük róla a fóliát, hogy szép színt kapjon.
Tetszés szerinti körettel és friss salátával kínáljuk.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
A fokhagymapor helyett vághatunk rá friss fokhagyma szeleteket is.
