Először a diós tölteléket készítjük el.
A tejet egy fazékban feltesszük melegedni. Közben megdaráljuk a diót és a cukorral összekeverjük. Ha a tej már elég meleg akkor bele tesszük a cukros diót és felfőzzük. Utána félre tesszük egy kicsit hűlni, majd ízesítjük reszelt narancs héjjal, rumaromával és a őrölt fahéjjal, jól összekeverjük a diós masszát. /Ha egy kicsit hígnak tűnik, akkor tegyünk bele egy kis zsemlemorzsát/.
Most a csokikrémet készítjük el. Egy másik fazékban beleöntjük a tejet melegedni, majd mikor már langyos a tej beletesszük a feltördelt csokit és a margarint olvadni. Közben a tojássárgákat a cukorral és a vaníliás cukorral habosra kikeverjük, majd belekeverjük a étkezési keményítőt. Ha már a tejben elolvadt a csoki és a margarin akkor beleöntjük a cukros tojássárgákat és addig főzzük, míg elkezd egy kicsit besűrűsödni. Utána félre tesszük, majd bele keverjük a kakaóport és a rumaromát. Az egészet jól összekeverjük.
A tejszínt felverjük kemény habbá és a főzött csoki keveréket bele öntjük a felvert habba és fakanállal jól összekeverjük.
A palacsintát egy tányérra rakjuk, majd az egyik felét megkenjük a diókrémmel és háromszög alakúra hajtjuk. Megszórjuk porcukorral. Utána a tejszínt kemény habbá felverjük és a nyomózsákba töltjük. A töltött palacsintát leöntjük csokikrémmel és a tetejét tejszínhabbal díszítjük.
