Egyszerű mandula torta narancslekváros kókuszkrémmel – paleo
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A torta összes hozzávalóját tegyük a mixer táljába és közepes fokozaton keverjük az egészet habosra. Egy kb. 18-20 centis piteformát béleljünk ki sütőpapírral és simítsuk bele a masszát. (Használhatsz hozzá kapcsos formát is, de csak ha jól záródó, mert sütés közben kifolyhat belőle a zsiradék és akkor száraz lesz a torta. Ha nincs piteformád, akkor használhatsz egy kisebb tepsit is.)
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 30-35 perc alatt megsütjük, majd a formában hagyjuk hűlni pár percig. Késsel óvatosan körbevágjuk a tortát, rácsra borítjuk és ott hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni.
A krémhez a kókuszkrémet kikeverjük az édesítővel, a citromlével és a lekvár 2/3 részével.
A kész krémet a kihűlt torta tetejére simítjuk, majd a maradék lekvárt habzsákba töltve feldíszítjük a torta tetejét.
Fogyasztásig hűtőszekrényben tároljuk.
