Hozzávalók:A tésztához:

Elkészítés:
A tojásokat ketté választjuk. A sárgákat a cukorral fehéredésig verjük. Hozzáadjuk az átszitált lisztet, a kakaót, a vaníliás cukrot, a mogyorót, és a kézi habverővel simára verjük. A tojások fehérjéből kemény habot verünk, és óvatosan beleforgatjuk a kakaós masszába. Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk, és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük.
A jéghideg tejszínt egy hideg tálban kemény habbá verjük, majd óvatosan belekeverjük az átszitált porcukros kakaót, és letakarva a hűtőbe tesszük, megszilárdulni.
A kihűlt tésztát ketté vágjuk, majd a megfelelő állagú krémmel megkenjük. (ha úgy látjuk adjunk a tejszínhez egy habfixet is)
A csokit és a rámát felolvasztjuk, és kézi habverővel összedolgozzuk. Bevonjuk a csokimázzal a sütemény tetejét, és a hűtőbe tesszük dermedni.
Forró vízben mártott késsel nagy kockákra szeleteljük.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Minden hozzávaló hideg legyen, akkor lesz tökéletes a süti, ha egyszerűsíteni akarjuk a munkát, akkor a tepsibe tegyük vissza a torta lapot, kenjük meg krémmel, rá a másik lap majd a mázat dermesszük rá.
