Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit kimérjük. Mindent egy tálba teszünk és pillanatok alatt összegyúrjuk a tésztát. Gyorsan és egyszerűen összeáll. Amikor már jól formázható és nem ragad, lisztezett deszkán kb. fél centi vastagra nyújtjuk majd megkenjük a 2 dkg olvasztott vajjal.
A töltelékhez a tojásfehérjét kemény habbá verjük, hozzáadjuk a porcukrot és a kókuszreszelék 3/4 részét. Addig keverjük, míg szép, fényes és sűrű kókuszos masszát kapunk. A tésztára kenjük és feltekerjük mint a bejglit.
Körülbelül háromcentis tekercseket vágunk belőle egy éles kés segítségével. A csigákat sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk kb 4-5 centi helyet hagyva köztük, mert sütés közben szépen megnőnek majd. Megszórjuk a csigák tetejét a maradék kókuszreszelékkel, majd előmelegített 180 fokos sütőben 20 perc alatt aranyszínűre sütjük őket.
