Az élesztőt elmorzsoljuk és az 1 dl langyos tejben egy pici cukorral összekeverve felfuttatjuk.
A lisztet átszitáljuk, elkeverjük a sóval, majd bele ütjük a tojást.
Hozzáadjuk a joghurtot és a felfuttatott élesztő és jól kidolgozzuk, dagasztjuk.
Kelesztő tálba téve meleg helyen duplájára kelesztjük.
Enyhén lisztezett munkalapra borítjuk, fél cm vastagra szétnyomkodjuk a kezünkkel. (téglalap alakúra)
Egy kenőtoll segítségével olajjal lekenjük és feltekerjük, mint a bejglit.
5 cm-es darabokra vágjuk, majd még 20 percet kelesztjük konyharuhával letakarva.
Egy nagyobb serpenyőben olajat hevítünk.
Olajos kézzel egy kicsit ellapítjuk a tésztákat és kisütjük.
Először fedő alatt, majd fordítás után fedő nélkül.
Szép nagyra megnőttek, és nagyon finomak lettek.
Szalagos lett,mint a fánk.
Tejföllel, reszelt sajttal és fokhagymával kínáljuk. A fokhagymát belekeverhetjük a tejfölbe, de pici vízzel is elkeverhetjük, majd megkenjük vele a lángosokat úgy mint a lángososnál.
