A krémhez:

Elkészítés:
A tojássárgáját habosra keverjük a cukorral, majd bele szitáljuk a sütőporos lisztet és elkeverjük.A tojás fehérjéből kemény habot verünk, és óvatosan a masszába forgatjuk.
Sütőpapírral bélelt sütőlemezre simítjuk a masszát 1cm vastagon, és 170 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük.Kivesszük és még melegen feltekerjük, így hagyjuk kihűlni.
A krémhez felforraljuk a tejet a vaníliás cukorral. egy edényben habosra keverjük a tojások sárgáját a cukorral, és a liszttel. Hozzáöntjük a meleg tejet, visszatesszük a lángra, és folytonosan kevergetve besűrítjük, kihabosítjuk. Hagyjuk kihűlni.
A kihűlt tekercset vékonyan megkenjük a lekvárral, majd a vaníliás krémmel és újból feltekerjük.
A tekercs külsejét kenjük meg a lekvárral, szórjuk be mandulával, és a dekor cukorral.
A hűtőben lehűtjük, szeleteljük, és kínáljuk.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Ha a forró piskótalapot nedves konyharuhával tekerjük fel, és úgy hagyjuk kihűlni, az biztos hogy nem törik el, én mindig azzal tekerem fel.
