Diós meggykrémes szelet

Hozzávalók:

A tésztához:

  • 10 dkg tönköly liszt világos
  • 8 dkg darált dió
  • 5 db tojás
  • 2,5 dkg DW negyedannyi cukorhelyettesítő
  • ( vagy 10dkg  cukor )
  • 6 g sütőpor
  • 1 mk. fahéj
  • 1 db citrom héja-reszelve

A krémhez:

  • 40 dkg meggy-magozva
  • 2 dl meggylé
  • 2 dkg DW negyedannyi cukorhelyettesítő
  • (vagy  8 dkg  cukor)
  • 4 dkg vaníliás puding por
  • 20 dkg vaj

A tetejére:

  • 2 dkg olvasztott étcsokoládé
Elkészítési idő: 45 perc Fogyókúrás: nem
Költség: 500-1000 FT Vegetáriánus: igen
Adagok: 4 főre Gluténmentes: nem
Nehézség: Egyszerű Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

A piskótához a tojás fehérjével cukorpótlóval kemény habot verünk. Belekeverjük a tojások sárgáját, majd a sütőporos lisztet.
25×25 cm-es tepsibe simítjuk és 170 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb 12 perc alatt megsütjük.

A krémhez 1 dl meggylével, és a cukorpótlóval puhára főzzük a meggyet. Pürésítjük és besűrítjük a maradék meggylében elkevert pudingporral.
Miután kihűlt belekeverjük a vajat.

A kihűlt piskótalapot ketté vágjuk és a meggyes krémmel megtöltjük. A krémből a tetejére is kerül, majd olvasztott csokoládéval díszítjük.
